The default camera smooths everything out, removes the real mood and makes the frame 'correct' but lifeless. We wanted something different.
So we started making our own app together: from scratch, without ready-made solutions, but with tons of experiments, sleepless nights, and constant arguments over shades. We tested LUT filters on real shots, collected and digitized textures from old films, and reworked everything until the frames became alive, 'raw,' the way you feel in the moment.
We had never made apps before — but we knew what we wanted: every shot to be unique, imperfect, but authentic.
PureRaw is our experience and our story, created for those who value reality, not perfection.
