1. Who We Are

Hardlight is published by Anatoly Makaruk. If you have questions about this policy or your privacy rights, contact us at visualcheats@ukr.net.

2. No Accounts

Hardlight does not currently require user accounts, login, passwords, or profile creation. We do not ask you to provide a name, email address, or password inside the app to use the core features.

3. Information We May Collect

We may collect limited app usage, advertising measurement, subscription, and technical information to operate, improve, and market Hardlight, including:

• App usage events, such as app launches, screen or feature interactions, which assets are downloaded, and which assets are liked or added to favorites.
• Analytics information collected through Firebase Analytics or similar tools.
• Advertising attribution and campaign measurement information, such as whether an advertising campaign led to an app install, app open, subscription, or other app event.
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, country/region, general diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as IDFV. If you grant permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency, this may include IDFA for advertising measurement.
• Purchase and subscription status information, such as product ID, transaction ID, subscription purchase event, price, and currency. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Understand which assets are useful, popular, downloaded, or liked.
• Improve content, performance, and the app experience.
• Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the app.
• Provide, validate, and manage access to paid subscription features.
• Measure advertising performance, understand which campaigns lead to app installs and subscriptions, and improve our marketing.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Hardlight may offer weekly, monthly, yearly, or other subscription options. Payments and subscription management are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited information needed to confirm subscription status, validate access to paid features, and handle purchase restoration.

6. Third-Party Services

Hardlight may use third-party services to operate the app, understand app usage, improve reliability, and measure advertising performance. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

• Firebase Analytics may be used to collect app analytics, usage events, device information, and performance-related data.
• Meta/Facebook SDK and Meta App Events may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, attribute app installs and app activity, and understand whether campaigns lead to subscriptions or purchases.
• Apple App Store and StoreKit process subscriptions, payments, renewals, refunds, and purchase restoration.

7. Advertising Measurement and App Tracking Transparency

Hardlight may ask for permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency. If you allow tracking, Hardlight and Meta/Facebook SDK may use advertising identifiers, such as IDFA, and app event data to measure ad performance, attribute installs, and understand which advertising campaigns lead to subscriptions.

If you do not allow tracking, Hardlight will not enable IDFA-based advertising tracking. We may still receive limited privacy-preserving or aggregated attribution information allowed by Apple and platform providers.

You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, analyze, market, and improve the app, including Firebase, Meta/Facebook, and Apple. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Hardlight, users, or others.

9. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Analytics and usage data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.

10. International Use

Hardlight is available worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect information according to applicable privacy laws.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information related to you. You can also limit advertising tracking through iOS Settings and Apple App Tracking Transparency controls. To make a privacy request, contact visualcheats@ukr.net. We may need limited information to verify and respond to your request.

12. Children

Hardlight is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date or providing notice in the app or on our website.
